For our first post, I thought it was best to cover what our plans are for this site and why we created it.

We are a group of techies who have the pleasure of solving Server and Infrastructure issues daily as part of our jobs working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP). Being an MSP, we deal with a wide breadth of customers which in turn provide a unique range of issues.

Which is the main reason we have this site and blog; we’ve collectively spent a decent amount of time troubleshooting various technologies and we felt like we needed to add to the pool of information residing on the Internet. Especially since after years of taking information from various forums and blogs, like this one, in the past.
